Sligo Software, Inc. ("Sligo," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with your access to our GenAI Procurement Intelligence Platform (“sligo.ai”, the "Platform" or the “Site”).

1. Information we do not collect

Sligo.ai is designed to process data related to Procurement tasks and does not require or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This means we do not collect, store, or process information such as:

Names (except for authentication purposes - see below)

Email addresses (except for authentication purposes - see below)

Physical addresses

Phone numbers

Social Security numbers

Credit card information (except through our secure third-party payment processor - see below)

2. Information we process

When you use the Platform, we process the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

  • User Queries: The text and documents you input into the Platform when interacting with the conversational agents and document processing tools.

  • LLM and Document AI Responses: The responses generated by the Language Models (LLMs) and Document AI tools used by the Platform.

  • Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized data about how the Platform is used, such as features accessed, frequency of use, and types of queries.

This data is processed and stored securely within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging their robust security and data privacy infrastructure.

3. Authentication

We utilize Google Identity’s OAuth 2.0 policies and Google Sign-In for user authentication and account management. These services may collect and process your email address for authentication purposes. We encourage you to review Google’s OAuth 2.0 Policies.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to support our Platform:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): We rely entirely on GCP for data storage, security, and data privacy. You can find their privacy policy here: Google Cloud Privacy Notice.

Xano: We use Xano on GCP for application database administration and API orchestration. Their privacy policy is available here: Xano Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Types of cookies we use:

Strictly Necessary (6 cookies): Essential for website functionality and security, including bot protection and cookie consent management.

Performance (5 cookies): Help us analyze website usage through Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics.

Functionality (2 cookies): Enable enhanced features like user authentication and session management.

Third-party services:
We use cookies from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Cloudflare for analytics, marketing, and security purposes.

6. Data security

We prioritize the security of your data and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. No AI or ML Training

Sligo.ai, - and by extension Google Gloud, Google Workspace APIs, Xano, and Stripe - does not, has never, and will never use or collect customer information for the purposes of developing, improving, or training generalized AI and/or ML tools.  Our value comes in making it easy for our business customers to access and use publicly available AI and ML tools while keeping their data safe.  We have zero interest or expertise in building our own Generalized AI and ML models.


8. Disclosure

Sligo Software, Inc.'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site.
